1. Login to Your Partner Account:

- Visit the Leon du Preez International website.
- Click on the “Partner Portal” or “Portal” link located at the top right corner of the homepage.
You can also go directly to the Partner Portal.
Enter your registered email and password to access your account and click “Log In”.
2. Navigate to Account Settings:

- Once logged in, you will be on your Account Dashboard.
- If you are accessing the Account Dashboard on your desktop/laptop, there will be a Menu on your left. Using a tablet or mobile device, this Menu will be at the bottom.
- In this Menu, you will find both the “Upgrade Partnership” and “Downgrade Partnership” links.
- Click on the required link.
3. Upgrade or Downgrade Your Tier:

- Upgrade: If you wish to upgrade your partnership tier, complete the form and select both the tier you are on now and the higher tier you would like to move to. The LDP Team will review your request and respond shortly thereafter with confirmation. Once confirmed, the new benefits will take effect immediately.
- Downgrade: If you wish to downgrade your partnership tier, complete the form and select both the tier you are on and the lower tier you would like to move to. The LDP Team will review your request and respond shortly thereafter with confirmation. Be aware that downgrading may result in the loss of certain benefits associated with higher tiers. The changes will take effect immediately.
4. Contact Support if Needed:

- If you encounter any issues while upgrading or downgrading your partnership tier or have any questions, please contact the LDP Team.

- Billing Cycle: Changes to your partnership tier will typically take effect immediately. Ensure you understand how this will affect your billing and benefits.
