This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in legislation or policy, without affecting any agreement between us. Changes will be posted on our website and, where applicable, communicated to you. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of these changes.

For complaints, you may contact the Information Regulator at complaints.IR@justice.gov.za. However, we encourage addressing concerns directly with our Information Officer for resolution.
