5.1 Payment Processing
Payments made through our website are processed by secure third-party payment providers (such as PayFast, Stripe, or PayPal). We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
Payments made within the LDP Society mobile application are processed exclusively through the applicable platform provider:
• Apple App Store (Apple In-App Purchases)
• Google Play Store (Google Play Billing)
Leon du Preez International does not process, store, or manage payment credentials for in-app purchases.
5.2 Mobile App Subscriptions
Subscriptions purchased via the LDP Society mobile application:
• Are billed directly by Apple or Google
• Automatically renew unless cancelled
• Must be managed through your App Store or Google Play account settings
Leon du Preez International does not have access to, nor the ability to modify, cancel, or refund subscriptions billed through Apple or Google systems.
You are responsible for managing your subscription status within your respective platform account.
5.3 Refunds
Refunds for purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are subject solely to the policies of those platforms.
Refund requests for in-app purchases must be submitted directly to:
• Apple Support (for iOS purchases)
• Google Play Support (for Android purchases)
We cannot override, issue, or process refunds for transactions handled by Apple or Google.
Refunds for purchases made directly through our website are governed by our applicable store or service policies.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no guarantees regarding:
• Continuous availability
• Error-free performance
• Specific spiritual, personal, or financial outcomes

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Leon du Preez International only, and not with Apple Inc.
For Google users:
You agree to comply with Google Play’s terms when using the app.
