How do I update my Payment Method?

Updating your payment method as a partner with Leon du Preez International is a straightforward process. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you update your payment information:

1. Login to Your Partner Account:

    • Visit the Leon du Preez International website.
    • Click on the “Partner Portal” or “Portal” link located at the top right corner of the homepage.
    • You can also go directly to the Partner Portal.
    • Enter your registered email and password to access your account and click “Log In”.

2. Navigate to Account Settings:

    • Once logged in, you will be on your Account Dashboard.
    • Click on “Subscription” at the top.

3. Update Payment Method:

    • Here you will see all the relevant information about your partnership subscription.
    • Click on the blue “View” button on the right.
    • Next to Actions, click on the blue “Change Payment Method” button.
    • Depending on your country or region, you will see one or more payment methods to choose from, including PayFast (used mostly in South Africa), Stripe, and PayPal (used mostly internationally).
    • Upon making your selection, click on the “Change Payment Method” button on the lower right.
    • Depending on the Payment Method selected, you might be redirected to complete the payment method change. Simply follow the steps by entering your new payment information (i.e. card details).
    • Review the information carefully to ensure accuracy.

4. Save Changes:

    • After entering the new payment information, click on “Save” or “Update” (depending on the payment method selected) to apply the changes.
    • You may receive a confirmation email notifying you that your payment method has been updated successfully.

5. Contact Support if Needed:

    • If you encounter any issues while updating your payment method or have any questions, please contact the LDP Team for assistance.

Important Considerations:

  • Timing of Updates: Ensure you update your payment method before the next payment is due to avoid any disruptions in your partnership benefits.
  • Security: Rest assured that all payment information is securely processed and protected in compliance with industry standards by the respective payment gateways.
