Cancelling your partnership with Leon du Preez International is a straightforward process. If you need to discontinue your partnership for any reason, follow these steps to ensure a smooth and hassle-free cancellation:
- Login to Your Partner Account:
- Visit the Leon du Preez International website.
- Click on the “Partner Portal” or “Portal” link located at the top right corner of the homepage.
- Or go directly to the Partner Portal to login.
- Enter your registered email and password to access your account and click “Log In”.
- Navigate to Account Settings:
- Once logged in, you will be on your Account Dashboard.
- If you are accessing the Account Dashboard on your desktop/laptop, there will be a Menu on your left. Using a tablet or mobile device, this Menu will be at the bottom.
- In this Menu, select “Cancel Partnership”
- Confirm Cancellation:
- Please complete the form to confirm your cancellation. You may be asked to provide a reason for cancelling.
- After sending your cancellation request, you will receive a notification email confirming that the LDP Team has received it and will respond shortly via email or your preferred communication method.
- Contact Support if Needed:
- If you encounter any issues while cancelling your partnership or have any questions, please contact the LDP Team for assistance.
Important Considerations:
- Billing Cycle: Your cancellation will take immediate effect. Once the cancellation request is successfully completed, you will lose access to your partnership benefits.
- Reactivation: If you decide to reactivate your partnership in the future, you can do so by logging back into your account and signing up with your desired partnership tier.
