3. Tap the topic you want.
How do I open a lesson inside a topic?
From the Home screen:
1. Tap `Learn`.
2. Tap `Learnings`.
3. Tap the topic you want.
4. Tap the lesson you want to expand.
How do I play a lesson video?
From the Home screen:
1. Tap `Learn`.
2. Tap `Learnings`.
3. Open the topic you want.
4. Open the lesson you want.
5. Tap the lesson video or an attached video.
How do I continue a video where I stopped?
From the Home screen:
1. Tap `Learn`.
2. Tap `Learnings`.
3. Open the same topic and lesson again.
4. Tap the same video again.
The app will use your saved progress where available.
How do I open locked learning content?
From the Home screen:
1. Tap `Learn`.
2. Tap `Learnings`.
3. Open the topic you want.
4. Tap the locked lesson or category.
5. Use the membership prompt to open `My Membership`.
How do I start a challenge?
From the Home screen:

2. Tap `Challenges`.
3. Tap the challenge category you want.
4. Tap `Start Challenge`.
If the challenge lets you choose the number of days:
1. Enter the number of days.
2. Tap the start button.
