Eligibility for Returns

  • Condition: Items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a return. This means the product should be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Time Frame: You must contact customer support within 7 days of receiving your purchase to initiate a return.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Customer Support:
    • Email the LDP Team to request a return. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos of the item if it is damaged or defective.
  2. Receive Return Instructions:
    • Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with detailed return instructions, including the return shipping address.
  3. Ship the Item:
    • Carefully package the item in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided by our support team. To ensure the item is returned safely, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
  4. In-Person Returns:
    • Alternatively, you can return your items in person at the Leon du Preez Store located at the Encounter Church Headquarters in Clubview, Centurion, South Africa. Please bring your receipt or order confirmation email to facilitate the return process.

Refunds and Processing

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
  • Refund: If the return is approved, we will process your refund using the original method of payment. You will receive a notification email once the refund has been processed.
  • Processing Time: Depending on your payment provider, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Important Notes

  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom-made products, and items marked as final sale, are not eligible for return.
