How do I track my order?

Tracking your order from the Leon du Preez store ensures you stay informed about your shipment status. The tracking process differs slightly for South African and international customers. Here’s how you can track your order:

For International Customers:

  1. Order Confirmation:
    • After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details.
  2. Tracking Information:
    • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another email with a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website.
    • Use the tracking number to monitor your shipment status and estimated delivery date on the courier’s website.

For South African Customers:

  1. Order Confirmation:
    • After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details.
  2. Shipping Schedule:
    • Orders are shipped every Wednesday.
  3. Contact for Tracking:
    • To track your parcel, contact the LDP Team for assistance. Provide your order number and any other relevant details to receive updates on your shipment status.
