Leon du Preez International is committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety for all users of the LDP Society mobile application. Although our app is designed for adults (13+), we uphold strict policies to ensure that no content or behaviour within our Services ever harms, exploits, or endangers children.<\/p>

This page outlines our compliance with Google Play\u2019s Child Safety Requirements, including policies related to Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and other harmful or inappropriate content involving minors.<\/p>

\u2022 Any media, text, imagery, audio, or communication that sexualises a minor<\/p>

All such content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to appropriate authorities.<\/p>

\u2022 Google Play CSAE definitions
\u2022 International laws protecting children
\u2022 National requirements for the protection of minors<\/p>

2. Prohibited Content<\/strong><\/h4>

We do NOT allow content that includes or suggests:<\/p>

2.1 CSAE (Child Sexual Abuse or Exploitation)<\/strong><\/p>

This includes, but is not limited to:<\/p>

\u2022 Sexual acts involving a minor
\u2022 Sexualised depiction of a minor
\u2022 Nude or partially nude children where nudity is sexualized
\u2022 Grooming language or attempts to manipulate or coerce a minor
\u2022 Content that sexualizes underage characters, cartoons, or AI-generated minors
\u2022 Fantasies, stories, or discussions that involve sexual acts with minors<\/p>

Google defines CSAE as any content that portrays or represents a minor engaging in sexual activities, or any content that has sexual intent involving a minor.<\/p>

2.2 Endangerment or Abuse of Children<\/strong><\/p>

The following are also strictly prohibited:<\/p>

\u2022 Physical, emotional, or psychological abuse of a child
\u2022 Encouraging minors to engage in dangerous behaviour
\u2022 Depictions of child neglect or exploitation
\u2022 Content that praises or encourages harming children
\u2022 Attempts to obtain personal information from minors in deceptive or exploitative ways<\/p>

3. App Design & Intended Audience<\/strong><\/h4>

The LDP Society mobile application is intended for:<\/p>

\u2022 Adults and teens aged 13 and above
\u2022 General audiences interested in Christian teaching, devotionals, and content<\/p>

The app is not designed for young children, and no features target children specifically.<\/p>

We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to create accounts or submit personal information.<\/p>

4. Reporting Child Safety Violations<\/strong><\/h4>

We take reports involving the safety of minors extremely seriously.<\/p>

If you encounter any content, user profile, message, or behavior within the app that:<\/p>

\u2022 Involves a minor in a sexual manner
\u2022 Appears exploitative or unsafe
\u2022 Suggests grooming
\u2022 Endangers or harms a child
\u2022 Violates Google\u2019s CSAE policy<\/p>

5. Moderation & Enforcement<\/strong><\/h4>

To ensure child safety, we maintain:<\/p>

\u2022 Strict moderation of user-generated content
\u2022 Monitoring of community activity (if applicable in future updates)
\u2022 Rapid response protocols for CSAE-related reports
\u2022 Safety-by-design development standards
\u2022 Engineering safeguards to prevent misuse of the platform<\/p>

Any confirmed child safety violation results in:<\/p>

Permanent account ban<\/p>

Removal of all associated content<\/p>

Reporting to relevant authorities where applicable<\/p>

6. Data Protection for Minors<\/strong><\/h4>

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
If we become aware that such data exists:<\/p>

\u2022 The associated account will be disabled

\u2022 The app does not facilitate or allow CSAE-related actions
\u2022 The app does not target children
\u2022 The app has strict user-generated content moderation (where applicable)
