9. ACCOUNT DELETION REQUESTS<\/strong><\/h4>\n

If you wish to delete your LDP Society account or request removal of personal data, please email partners@leondupreez.com and include your registered email address and a deletion request.<\/p>\n

Once your request is verified:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Your account is immediately deactivated and enters a 30-day grace period.
\u2022 During this 30-day period, you can log back in and fully restore access.
\u2022 If you do not return, your account proceeds into a data retention and cleanup phase, with full deletion completed within 90 days of the original request.
\u2022 If you return at any point during this 90-day period, your account is restored as it was.
\u2022 After day 90, your account and associated personal data are permanently deleted from Firebase, except where limited data must be retained for legal, billing, or compliance obligations.<\/p>\n

      • Message content may be processed by AI services (currently OpenAI; other providers such as Google Gemini or Anthropic Claude may be used in future) to generate contextual responses in our brand voice.
