\u2014 is the intellectual property of Leon du Preez International or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.<\/p>

You may not:<\/p>

\u2022 Copy
\u2022 Reproduce
\u2022 Redistribute
\u2022 Resell
\u2022 Modify
\u2022 Publicly display<\/p>

any content without prior written permission.<\/p>

Access to content through LDP Society grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license for private use only.<\/p>

4. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES (LDP Society)<\/strong><\/h4>

If the App includes community features, messaging, or comments, you agree not to:<\/p>

\u2022 Harass or defame others
\u2022 Post unlawful content
\u2022 Share confidential or private information
\u2022 Promote hate speech or violence
\u2022 Impersonate others<\/p>

We reserve the right to remove content or terminate accounts that violate community standards.<\/p>

Good \u2014 you\u2019re right. The current structure is legally sound but repetitive. We can consolidate it into one clean, watertight section that:<\/p>

\u2022 Removes duplication
\u2022 Clearly separates Website vs App billing
\u2022 Satisfies Apple 3.1.1 & Google Play Billing requirements
\u2022 Makes it impossible for users to demand refunds directly from you for in-app purchases
\u2022 Keeps it professional and reviewer-friendly<\/p>

5. PAYMENTS, DONATIONS, SUBSCRIPTIONS & REFUNDS<\/strong><\/h4>

Certain Services may require payment, including but not limited to:<\/p>

\u2022 Partnership tiers
\u2022 Digital courses
\u2022 In-app subscriptions
\u2022 Donations<\/p>

5.1 Payment Processing<\/strong><\/p>

Payments made through our website are processed by secure third-party payment providers (such as PayFast, Stripe, or PayPal). We do not store full payment card details on our servers.<\/p>

Payments made within the LDP Society mobile application are processed exclusively through the applicable platform provider:<\/p>

\u2022 Apple App Store (Apple In-App Purchases)
\u2022 Google Play Store (Google Play Billing)<\/p>

Leon du Preez International does not process, store, or manage payment credentials for in-app purchases.<\/p>

5.2 Mobile App Subscriptions<\/strong><\/p>

Subscriptions purchased via the LDP Society mobile application:<\/p>

\u2022 Are billed directly by Apple or Google
\u2022 Automatically renew unless cancelled
\u2022 Must be managed through your App Store or Google Play account settings<\/p>

Leon du Preez International does not have access to, nor the ability to modify, cancel, or refund subscriptions billed through Apple or Google systems.<\/p>

You are responsible for managing your subscription status within your respective platform account.<\/p>

5.3 Refunds<\/strong><\/p>

Refunds for purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are subject solely to the policies of those platforms.<\/p>

Refund requests for in-app purchases must be submitted directly to:<\/p>

\u2022 Apple Support (for iOS purchases)
\u2022 Google Play Support (for Android purchases)<\/p>

We cannot override, issue, or process refunds for transactions handled by Apple or Google.<\/p>

Refunds for purchases made directly through our website are governed by our applicable store or service policies.<\/p>

6. NO GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES<\/strong><\/h4>

The Services are provided \u201cas is\u201d and \u201cas available.\u201d<\/p>

We make no guarantees regarding:<\/p>

\u2022 Error-free performance

We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.<\/p>

Upon termination, your license to use the Services ends immediately.<\/p>

12. APP STORE COMPLIANCE NOTICE<\/strong><\/h4>

If you download the LDP Society app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store:<\/p>

\u2022 Apple and Google are not responsible for the app or its content
\u2022 Apple and Google are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms
\u2022 Your license to use the app is limited to use on devices you own or control, subject to platform rules<\/p>

For Apple users specifically:<\/p>

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Leon du Preez International only, and not with Apple Inc.<\/p>

For Google users:<\/p>

You agree to comply with Google Play\u2019s terms when using the app.<\/p>
